1. Processing & Fulfillment Timeline

• Order Processing: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

  • Note: Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are processed starting the following Monday/Tuesday.

• Business Days: Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

• Carrier: Our preferred carrier is UPS Ground due to its reliable tracking and delivery services.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates (United States Only)

We utilize a tiered, flat-rate system to provide you with the most transparent and competitive pricing based on your order total. These flat rates include handling, labor, and postage costs. They apply only to shipments within the continental U.S.

3. Delivery & Tracking

• Delivery Time: Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days via UPS Ground. Orders shipped within the Midwest often deliver sooner.

• Tracking: A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent when your label is created. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available on the carrier’s system.

• P.O. Boxes / APO/FPO: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

4. International Shipping Policy

We ship to select international destinations. All international customers are responsible for the full cost of shipping and all associated import fees.

• Rates: International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, and destination. Tiered or discounted domestic rates do not apply to international orders.

• Duties and Taxes (DAP/DDU Risk Disclaimer)

  • We provide an ESTIMATED duty and import tax calculation at checkout for your convenience.

  • The customer is fully responsible for all final import taxes, VAT, customs duties, tariffs, and brokerage fees applied by the destination country.

  • DISCLAIMER: The fees calculated by our system are estimates only and may differ from the final charges levied by your local customs authority or carrier. Imani Hair Care Distributors Inc. is not responsible for additional charges assessed upon delivery.

• Customs Delays: We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures in the destination country.

5. Damages, Loss, and Returns

• Order Liability: Imani Hair Care Distributors Inc. is not liable for packages damaged, lost, or stolen during transit. Title for the goods passes to the customer once the product leaves our facility.

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.

• Missed Delivery: UPS attempts delivery 3 times. If a package is returned to us due to an inaccurate address or failure to claim, you may request reshipment, but an additional shipping fee will apply.
